Terms and Condition for Zattu Photo Booth

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zattu Photo Booth’s services, including our website (www.zattuphotobooth.ca), photo booth rentals, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.
1. Services
Zattu Photo Booth provides photo booth rentals and related services for various events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Photo booth rental: We offer a variety of photo booth styles, including classic booths, mirror booths, selfie booths, and 360 video booths.
- Customization options: We offer customizable backdrops, props, prints, and digital features to personalize your photo booth experience.
- On-site attendant: Our professional attendants will be on-site to assist your guests and ensure the smooth operation of the photo booth.
- Delivery, setup, and takedown: We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the photo booth, so you can focus on enjoying your event.
- Online gallery: We provide an online gallery where you and your guests can access and download photos after the event.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Booking: To book our Services, you must submit a booking request through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the deposit.
- Payment: We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees may also apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
3. Event Responsibilities
- Venue access: You are responsible for ensuring that we have adequate access to the venue to set up and operate the photo booth.
- Space requirements: You must provide a suitable space for the photo booth, as specified in our rental agreement.
- Power supply: You must provide access to a power outlet near the photo booth setup area.
- Guest behavior: You are responsible for the behavior of your guests while using the photo booth.
4. Photo Booth Usage
- Guest safety: Guests must use the photo booth responsibly and follow the instructions of our attendant.
- Props: Guests must use props with care and avoid damaging the photo booth or props.
- Photos and videos: You and your guests grant Zattu Photo Booth the right to use photos and videos taken in the photo booth for promotional purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Zattu Photo Booth retains all ownership rights to the photo booth equipment, software, and any intellectual property associated with our Services.
- Prohibited use: You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: Zattu Photo Booth is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to damage to property or personal injury.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Zattu Photo Booth harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
8. Changes to Terms
Zattu Photo Booth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website.
